Hochschule der Medien
The Hochschule der Medien (HdM) is a state university of applied sciences that trains specialists and all-rounders for the world of media. On September 1, 2001, it was formed by the merger of the Hochschule für Druck und Medien (since 1903) and the Hochschule für Bibliotheks- und Informationswesen (since 1942). 23 accredited Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses are available: from print, audio-visual media, information management and computer science, advertising or media production to media management and packaging technology.
