Project description: What could a controlling system for communication at Takeda Germany look like? This question was investigated together with Prof. Dr. Lothar Rolke from the Mainz University of Applied Sciences. With the help of online profile analyses, the continuous evaluation of media coverage and stakeholder surveys, it was possible to reconstruct key interrelationships. On the basis of these findings, communication activities and channels can now be used more effectively.
Project duration: October 2013 – July 2015
